Kura Oncology Declaration of Compliance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 119400–119402

Notice: This statement is provided in accordance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 119400–119402 (“California Compliance Law”), which requires pharmaceutical companies conducting business in California to make available their Comprehensive Compliance Program and an annual written declaration of compliance.

Kura Oncology has established a comprehensive compliance program in accordance with the guidance provided in the April 2003 “Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers” issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) (as revised via the OIG’s 2023 General Compliance Program Guidance) and in alignment with the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) “Code on Interactions with Health Care Professionals” (PhRMA Code), as updated and revised. Our program is designed to prevent, detect, and address potential violations of law or company policy and is regularly updated to reflect the latest legal and ethical standards.

Annual Aggregate Limit on Business Meals and Educational Items:
Kura Oncology has established an annual aggregate limit of $2,500 per individual, per calendar year, for business meals and educational items provided to healthcare professionals in California. This limit does not include drug samples given to healthcare professionals intended for free distribution to patients, financial support for continuing medical education, health education scholarships, or payments for legitimate professional services at fair market value, as permitted by law. Kura Oncology does not provide gifts (including entertainment or recreational items) to healthcare professionals.

Annual Declaration of Compliance:
To the best of our knowledge and based on a good faith understanding of the statutory requirements, Kura Oncology declares that, as of November 13, 2025, it is in compliance with all material respects of its comprehensive compliance program and the requirements of California Health & Safety Code §§ 119400–119402. This declaration will be updated annually.
